Definitions of Surrey TRF Run levels:

    Easy:
    • Ideal for new members
    • Leisurely pace
    • Lots of rest stops
    • Shorter days riding.
    • Easier terrain for most of the route. i.e. no steep descents/ascents.

    Intermediate :

    • For more experienced riders
    • A faster pace
    • Less rest stops
    • Longer days riding
    • The terrain would be more difficult in places. i.e. steep descents/ascents.
    • Note: These are guidelines: if unsure, do not hesitate to discuss with the nominated run leader.
