Mud
A normal Saturday run in early 2002 turned into an epic, as Steve and Brian got their
bikes stuck in deep mud in a lane near Guildford and had to leave them overnight,
returning next day with a winch to retrieve them.
"Steve Sharp - His Finest Hour"
Our leader needed five strong men and a winch to get him out of this
one.
Note that three bikes on the beginners run got through here earlier in
the day - no problem (well a bit!!)
